 Shipping over the holidays

Due to the high volume of gifts being ordered throughout the internet this time of year, we cannot guarantee items ordered on or after the 16th of December will arrive before Christmas. If the item is in stock at the store, see in-store for more details. We will also be closed from December 23 to January 3rd to allow our team to take some holiday time after a busy season. Since we won't have employees at the store, some items may not be ordered before this time ends as there will be no one to receive the shipments. These orders will be delayed until at least the first week of January. Orders from certain distributors may be eligible for direct drop shipping, but this also varies depending on the hours of the distribution centers. 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup for in-stock items will in most cases be available for same-day pickup up to December 23rd. For items not in-store, they may be available for pickup with orders as late as December 20. Call with any questions if you are unsure. 

Returns

Holiday purchases are eligible for return up to January 30th. Anything purchased from Nov. 24th on is eligible for this extended return date. If you need to ship the item back to us and it is getting close to this cutoff point, feel free to reach out and we can find a way to make it work!
